Laker Lager Brings Back Buck a Beer®

Highlights:
- Laker Lager, the Buck a Beer original, is pleased to give Ontario’s beer drinkers the break they deserve: six-packs of Laker Lager at a buck-a-beer.
- The Laker Lager Buck a Beer sale will be available on the Victoria Day long weekend, at the LCBO on Laker Lager 6-bottle packs.
Waterloo Brewing, the trade name of Brick Brewing Co. Limited (“Brick” or the “Company”) (TSX: BRB), today happily announced the return of Buck a Beer pricing for Laker Lager.
“We started Buck a Beer,” proclaimed George Croft, President and CEO, Waterloo Brewing. “That phrase and that promise made Laker a favourite of Ontario beer drinkers. Giving hardworking Ontarians a bit of a break has always motivated the people who brew Laker beer, and we’re thrilled to find a way to make Buck-a-Beer pricing work again.”
“People in Ontario work hard and deserve a break - at the end of their workday and in their wallets,” suggested Jim Manz, Director, Commercial. “It seems money has to stretch further than ever before, and the timing and conditions were right for us to bring back Buck a Beer pricing. We built the Buck a Beer bandwagon, and we’re happy for Ontario beer drinkers to climb aboard again.”
“Our hometown neighbours are so important to our business,” continued Manz. “So, we’ll have the exact same Buck-a-Beer deal available in our brewery store on the May two-four weekend.”
6-bottle packs of Laker Lager are available for $6 at the LCBO on the Victoria Day long weekend (excluding deposit).
